About Prasthan Education

Two ways, and both are written into your contract:

• Our fee: Rs 20,000 per application file, paid by bank. The first counselling is free. If your visa is refused, Rs 10,000 comes back, unless information was hidden from us.
• University commission: many universities pay agents a commission when you enrol, usually 10 to 15% of first-year tuition. Public universities in Germany, Sweden, Norway and Belgium usually don't. Where one is paid, the amount is in your contract.

We tell you this because you should know who pays us. Then you can judge whether our advice is about your future or our commission.

• No guarantees. No consultancy controls the visa officer. Anyone who promises a visa is lying, and since July 2026 it's illegal.
• "Not yet" is part of the service. If your money, gap or English isn't ready, we say so, and tell you what to fix.
• Every file checked twice. A second officer with no sales target reviews your money and visa file before anything is lodged.
• Fees by bank only, in a written contract.
• One counsellor, start to finish, and a check-in within 7 days of landing.

• You want Canada, the US, Japan or Korea. We don't cover them, and we won't pretend to.
• You need to fly in the next 4 weeks. A clean file takes longer than that.
• You need someone to arrange bank papers you don't have. We verify every document with your bank directly.
• You want a visa guarantee.
