For accounting, Australia and the UK are where most of our students go, because their degrees count towards CPA, CA ANZ or ACCA. Choose a course those bodies accredit, or the degree won't lead to an accounting job. +2 management works for a bachelor's. Last year 298 of our 331 business and accounting files were approved.

Bachelor of Business Administration, August 2025 intake
She'd never considered Finland. A 50% scholarship made it cheaper than the Australian college she'd planned on.

BBA International Business, September 2024 intake
First in her family to study abroad. Her mother called almost every week, and every time, someone could tell her exactly where the file was.
Country by country
| Country | Accreditation | Length | Cost | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Australia | CPA Australia, CA ANZ, IPA | Bachelor's 3 years; master's 2 years | High | Most popular; also the most crowded for migration |
| UK | ACCA, ICAEW and others give exemptions | Bachelor's 3 years; MSc 1 year | High | ACCA is already known in Nepal, so the qualification travels |
| Netherlands, Finland | Local bodies | Bachelor's 3 to 4 years; master's 1 to 2 years | Medium | Accounting and finance in English; jobs need the local language |
| Cyprus | Some ACCA exemptions | 1 to 4 years | Low | Republic of Cyprus universities only |
The name of the degree matters less than who accredits it. A Bachelor of Business majoring in accounting can count fully towards CPA Australia; a similar-sounding degree at another college may not count at all. Check before you accept.

Accounting is a profession with its own bodies. In Australia, CPA Australia, CA ANZ and the IPA accredit degrees and assess them for migration. In the UK, ACCA and ICAEW grant exemptions for accredited degrees.
In Nepal, you'd still go through ICAN to practise as a chartered accountant. A foreign degree can save papers, not the whole route.
After study
Honestly: accounting is one of the most crowded fields for international graduates, in Australia especially. The graduates who get accounting jobs have local work experience, often from Australia's 1-year professional year, and strong spoken English with clients.
Without that, many accounting graduates work in bookkeeping, payroll or admin first. Plan for it.

How we help
We check that each course is accredited by the body you'll need, match the course to your +2 or degree subjects, and explain any study gap with documents, the way we did for Aashma's second file.
An honest note
Australia and the UK, because their degrees count towards CPA, CA ANZ or ACCA. Australia has more jobs; the UK has 1-year master's and ACCA exemptions.
Yes. Most accounting bachelor's accept any +2 stream with good English and maths.
Yes, through a 2-year professional accounting master's in Australia, built for graduates from other fields.
It's possible but crowded, and invitations for accountants have been hard to get. Choose accounting because you want the work, not only for PR.
ACCA is a UK body, so papers you pass count everywhere ACCA is recognised. Some degrees abroad give exemptions from papers you haven't done yet.
Yes. Accounting leads to a profession with accreditation; general business doesn't. See business and MBA for the wider options.
