Where Nischal started
Nischal applied for a September 2025 start through another agent and was refused in August. He came to us angry, convinced the officer had something against him, and ready to switch to Australia.
His father had broken a fixed deposit to fund the first attempt. The family couldn't afford a second refusal.
What we found
The refusal letter was short and specific. His funds had been in the account for 26 days, not 28. The agent had requested the bank statement two days early.
Nothing else was wrong. His course followed from his degree and his work at a bank, his English was fine, and the money was real. So we didn't change the course or the country. We deferred his offer to January, let the money sit, and counted the days ourselves.
We also told him what the new file would say about the old one: the refusal must be declared, and the new file should show exactly what changed.

The result
Nischal started in Manchester in January 2026 and finishes his course in early 2027. He works in a supermarket 18 hours a week in term, and left the review that sent his cousin to us too.
In Nischal's words
I was refused for the UK through another agent. Prasthan read my refusal letter, found the problem in my bank statement dates and fixed it before re-applying. Visa came in 3 weeks.
What it cost
| Our fee (one application file) | Rs 20,000 |
|---|---|
| Refund if refused again | Rs 10,000 of our fee |
| Second visa fee | £524 (the fee in late 2025) |
| Immigration Health Surcharge | About £1,164 |
Shared with Nischal's written consent. The first visa fee, lost with the refusal, isn't counted.
If your profile looks like this
- 1
Read the refusal reason before you change anything. Nischal's course, country and money were fine; only the dates weren't.
- 2
Count the 28 days yourself, from the day the full amount is in the account. See UK money rules.
- 3
Declare the earlier refusal. A file that hides it is a bigger problem than the refusal itself.
